All Chase’N Cats rods have a lifetime warranty. Your rod will be replaced for 50% of current MSRP + shipping. If your rod is no longer in production it will be replaced with the current equivalent model. To submit a warranty claim please contact us via Email chasenoutdoors@gmail.com .  Chase'N Jacks rods are deemed a bait catching rod and only covered for 30 days from original purchase date for any manufacturer defect at the discretion of Chase'N Outdoors.  All other Non-Chase'N Outdoor products must be returned to the original manufacturer for any warranty issues.
