30-Day Manufacturer Defect Warranty

All Chase'N Cats rods are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the original date of purchase.

If your rod has a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos showing the defect. Approved manufacturing defect claims will be handled by Chase'N Outdoors.

Lifetime Rod Replacement Warranty

All Chase'N Cats and Chase'N Series rods are backed by our Lifetime Rod Replacement Warranty.

This coverage follows the rod for life. You do not have to be the original owner, no product registration is required, and the rod is covered regardless of how it was broken.

If your rod breaks, simply submit a warranty claim and provide a photo of the broken or damaged rod when requested.

Approved lifetime replacement claims are eligible for:

A replacement rod for 50% of the current MSRP, plus shipping costs.

If the same model is no longer in production, Chase'N Outdoors will provide the current equivalent or comparable model.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, email [email protected] with WARRANTY CLAIM in the subject line.

Please include:

- Your name and contact information

- The model of the damaged rod, if known

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photos showing the damaged or broken rod

- Proof of purchase for 30-day manufacturing defect claims

For Lifetime Rod Replacement claims, proof of original purchase is not required.

Chase'N Outdoors reserves the right to verify that the damaged rod qualifies for the program and to determine the appropriate same or comparable replacement model.

Other Manufacturers

Products sold by Chase'N Outdoors that are not Chase'N Outdoors, Chase'N Cats, or Chase'N Series products are subject to the warranty policies of their respective manufacturers. Warranty claims for those products must be submitted directly to the original manufacturer.
