How Does the State Record Jackpot Program Pay Out?
If you catch a certified State record Blue, Flathead or Channel Catfish you will win the current Jackpot! Currently based off of rods sold at MSRP. The jackpot is currently $1000.00 usd. This could go as high as $50,000.00 per jackpot based off of rods sold. The number will be updated online periodically.
How Are Rod Orders Shipped Out?
Rods are shipped in protective shipping tubes.
How Many Rod Can Be Shipped Out At One Time?
We can ship up to 6 rods in one tube. You will only be charged by shipping tube. Standard shipping fee of each tube is $25.00.
How Does Your Rod Warranty Work?
All Chase’N Cats rods have a 30-day warranty for manufacture defect for any reason, (excluding any form of rod breakage). Your rod will be replaced for 50% of current MSRP + shipping. If your rod is no longer in production it will be replaced with the current equivalent model. To submit a warranty claim please contact us via email [email protected] .
Chase'N Jacks rods are deemed a bait catching rod and only covered for 30 days from original purchase date for any manufacturer defect at the discretion of Chase'N Outdoors. All other Non-Chase'N Outdoor products must be returned to the original manufacturer for any warranty issues.

How Much is Donated to Conservation?
We are currently working with several groups who have come together to fight for conservation efforts in our region. We support National efforts for catfish conservation as a portion of profits go towards conservation efforts. We DO NOT support Trophy Pay-lakes who take any wild caught fish and put them in private ponds for personal gain! Please contact us to learn how you can support catfish conservation!
What is the Minimum Order Amount? Does that Include Rod Shipments?
